I sent 3 email, not a single reply

i ordered the pedals and minutes after I ordered I had a compatibility question, and received no reply. I have since sent another 2 emails about the same subject, and again no reply. Not happy, not professional

Extremely hard to remove (for look system)

The pocket pedal are too tight for look pedal. Extremely hard to pit on and quite impossible to remove without a tool (srcrewdriver).
